You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of 521jl is true, accurate, current, and complete. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 521jl Casino, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 521jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
521jl's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their 521jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
521jl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 521jl reasonably believes that:
Upon termination, 521jl will process a withdrawal of any remaining verified balance (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play) to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance concerns.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the 521jl Platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable under 521jl's operating licence conditions. Disputes that remain unresolved through the PAGCOR process may be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
521jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the 521jl Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
